Natchitoches Pecans, Inc does not sell, trade or give away your order information. We do not and will not do any telemarketing.
Your phone number is only used to contact you in case of an issue with your order. We aren't going to give the email address from your order to obnoxious spammers or anyone else. If you join our mailing list, we will not share the list with other companies. We don't send email to people who have joined our mailing list more often than twice a month, and you can remove yourself from the list at any time.
It is possible that you might one day get a postcard, letter or paper catalog from us in the mail, but we aren't going to bombard you with constant mailings because it is expensive, useless and defeats the purpose of having a web site in the first place.
If you'd like to remain anonymous, feel free to send us cash or a money order in the mail, along with a drop box location that can be served by UPS or FedEx Ground where you would like your order shipped. We don't see any reason to be that private, but we'll work with you even if you are! Just be sure to include an anonymous email address so that we can contact you if we can't read your handwriting or the amount is incorrect. When calculating your order, just add up the prices of each item, and that will be your total. Add 7 percent sales tax if the order will be shipped to a Louisiana address. At Natchitoches Pecans, Inc, our prices already include standard ground shipping within the 48 continental United States.
Most items are shipped within 2 to 3 business days. Every item on the web site is available, unless noted otherwise. If an item is ever out of stock, you will be notified and have the opportunity to cancel your order. Delivery time is normally 5 to 8 business days. What happens if I order by December 15 and the order doesn't reach my designated ship to address until after December 25?
December 15 is only a recommended date that assumes there will be no delays, scheduling problems, holiday backlogs, or other impediments created by 3rd party shippers (UPS or USPS). Therefore, since these 3rd party delays are outside the control of Natchitoches Pecans, Inc, we cannot guarantee delivery dates. However, as indicated above faster delivery is available at an additional charge.

Online orders are actually processed slightly faster than phone orders. We are notified by email immediately when you order online, and when we retrieve the order, it's complete with the address and contact information that you typed in yourself! Of course,
